This page explains what happens to the information you share on the MBEC Ministries website. We keep it simple: we only collect what you choose to send us, and we only use it to stay in touch with you.

What we collect. When you fill out a form on this site (Plan your visit, Get connected, Serve with us, Prayer request, or Contact), we receive what you type in, like your name, email, phone number, and message. Most fields are optional. We don't collect anything else about you through these forms.

Prayer requests. Prayer requests go only to our pastors and prayer team. They are kept private and are never posted on this website or shared publicly. You can send one without giving your name.

How we use it. We use your information only to answer you, welcome you, pray for you, or help you get involved. We never sell, rent, or trade your information.

Where it's stored. Form messages are handled by Netlify, the company that hosts this website, and sent to the church by email. Like most websites, Netlify may keep basic technical logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the site running and secure.

Giving. Online giving happens on Tithe.ly's secure page or through Zelle in your own bank app, not on this website. Your payment details never pass through our site. Tithe.ly's and Zelle's own privacy policies cover that information.

Videos and maps. Our sermon videos come from YouTube, and the map comes from Google Maps. Videos only load when you press play. When they load, YouTube and Google may collect information under their own privacy policies.

Cookies and tracking. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It may save a small note in your browser to make page transitions smooth. That note never leaves your device.

Your choices. If you'd like us to update or delete anything you've sent us, just email mbecministries@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
